i'm a soon-to-be seventeen year old living in south australia, australia.
i used to write a xanga weblog every single day, but i've recently deleted them all and i'm starting again.
i couldn't deal with reading back on all my failures.
here's to a new beginning, a new start. here's to losing weight.
anyway, like my old blogs i'm going to post tips and tricks, sometimes thinspo, my own stats...
and a lot of everyday stuff i go through. give it a touch of personalization.

tip of the day:
become vegan or vegetarian.
it's easier to think of excuses to pass up food then,
because a lot of dishes do have meat in them.
oh, and since you aren't eating much anyway, it's not hard to give up meat.
PLUS meat has so much fat in it, so by cutting it out of your diet completely, you are bound to lose weight.
just remember to take some sort supplements or you'll be severely malnourished.
